So, it seems the time for a leap of faith is now. \n\nAfter years of writing paranormal romance Kimberley has made the jump to writing clean historical romance set in colonial Rhode Island. Weaving inspirational themes into her work has been fulfilling. This is a big change from her previous books, which are mostly vampire romances, and though she loved writing those stories and meeting those characters she's delighted to follow her heart into a new genre. \n\nShe lives in Rhode Island with her husband, Ken, and their two Labradors, Dino and Enzo, all of whom have been forced to participate in research outings. \n\nResearching Rhode Island history is one of Kimberley's favorite ways to spend time, and writing historical romances set in Newport gives her every excuse to research until her heart's content.
